ECCO Members - please make sure you have paid up your 2012 membership fee before registering (no refunds). Membership applications received before February 10, 2012 will be processed before the congress.
Membership applications that arrive on February 10, 2012 or later will be processed after the 7th Congress of ECCO.

Payments can be made with credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club) or with bank transfer. Please transfer your registration fee free of charge for the beneficiary to

A letter or e-mail of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as the payment has been received. Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Down-payments cannot be accepted. In case the full amount of your early registration fee has not been received by November 30, 2011, the late registration fee will automatically become effective.

The delegate's names must be provided by January 30, 2012 at the latest.
Terms of Cancellation
A cancelled registration can be taken over by another participant (name change) free of charge until January 30, 2012. In case you do not want to transfer your registration to another participant, the following fees apply:
- cancellation until November 23, 2011 a refund of 50% of your registration fee is granted.
- cancellation after November 23, 2011 no refund can be granted.
Onsite registration
Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. The registration counter will be located in the Entrance Hall of the CCIB.
