Build-up staff members access time:
During set-up and dismantling the build-up staff members will receive a special work pass from Stockholmsmässan.
Stockholmsmässan staff will distribute this work pass when entering the loading area. ID is required.
This pass will not be valid throughout the official Exhibition opening hours (from 10:00 on Thursday February 22, 2024 until 13:00 on Saturday February 24, 2024).

Exhibitor badge holders access time:
Kiosks “Scan & Go” available to print badges in the entrance hall. Individual QR Codes are emailed prior to the congress.
Each delegate will need to print badges as no group pickup will be available.
